How long will my order take to arrive?

Good things take time. Every Arcat piece is crafted with absolute intention and care.

• Pre-Orders, Made-to-Order, and Custom Designs: Please allow 3–4 weeks for production as our stones are individually selected and hand-set. Once your piece is ready, shipping takes 8–10 business days to arrive.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Since these pieces are already in inventory, they require no production time and will arrive within 8–10 business days from your order date.

You will receive a tracking notification the moment your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, all international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all import duties, customs fees, and shipping costs are fully covered by us at no additional expense to you.

All shipments are fully insured and strictly require a signature upon delivery to guarantee your piece arrives safely in your hands.

I need my order ASAP! Can I get it sooner?
